Dr. Spencer Kirk, MD

I had seen Dr kirk for 2 months for a shoulder injury. I have a new doctor now and he did an arthrogram which i now know is first line diagnostic for suspicion of a labral tear as they are frequently missed on regular mri, which is what doctor kirk ordered. I told him that i suspected something is missing here because my shoulder clicks and grinds specifically deep. He told me basic mri’s are extremely accurate in a rude manner. Well after an additional 6 weeks of unproductive physical therapy, i went in one last time and he seemed thouroughly annoyed when i asked his assistant why he walked out when i had additional questions. He cane back in and sat on the table with a grimacing face and said “whats up?” I thought wow he really thinks im nuts that im still in pain. He actually told me “youve been here enough to know how to get out of here.” Guess what? Im getting surgery for a labrum slap tear and a frayed supraspinatus. Dr kirk becomes arrogant when he cant find answers to problems.

First time I saw Dr. Kirk. Was very satisfied and appreciative of all the information I was given. The treatment was excellent and all explained to understand . Would recommend him to all.
