this doctor ask me what history i have, why am i here MY ANSWER WAS UTI, BUT NO MEDICATION HE PRESCRIBE TO ME. IT IS DANGEROUS I NEEDED PRESCRIPTION I HAVE TO HOLD ON TO MY WEAK BODY BECAUSE HE DIDNT PRESCRIPTION BUT PRESCRIBED TESTINGS I DONT NEED. I END UP PAYING MORE BILLS THAN GET HELP . IN MY HILL CHART NURSE TELLS ME TO TALK TO DOCTOR. I WROTE IN HILLCHART BUT NO PRESCRIPTION. I AM DYING. MY BODY IS SHIVERING FEVER WITH 102.- GEE I CANNOT AFFORD EMERGY ROOM ANYMORE. I WILL DIE SOON BECAUSE NO PRESCRIPTION. OVER RATING OF 5 STARS

I had an appointment at 11am, and was 12 min late due to traffic, they told me they can't see me, but it was okay for the Dr. to be 20 min late on my first appointment. On top of this I am shocked at the abruptness of the front desk, no remorse for my sickness and that I traveled 15 miles to get there.

Best Dr. I have ever had in my 69 years of life. I have never had to wait more than about minutes in the waiting room for my appointment. Friendly, kind-hearted and always, his number one priority is to make you better, not only medically/physically - but also emotionally that when you leave his office, things will be taken care of. A very, very dedicated Doctor!

Doctor Tilley is not only knowledge And personable , he is also a good Listener who seem to really care about his patients. He is a good Doctor.

I spent six years looking for a Dr. after dr ippolito retired. After seeing more than half of dozen Drs , I stumbled upon dr tilly. As soon as I sat down,we introduced ourselves and he asked what he could do for me. We b.s.d for about 15 minutes. I told him that I needed a doctor that would listen to me and could address any problems regarding my health. I never had a doctor that has talked to me in such a frank and compassionate manner as Dr.Tilly. He's a mans man Dr. i highly recommend him.

Spencer Tilley, MD changed the way I felt about going to the doctor. After avoiding going to a doctor for quite some time, I visited Dr. Tilley's office & I was very impressed with the level of care I received & continue to receive. The office staff are prompt & helpful & there is a sense of positivity that radiates throughout the office. Dr. Tilley really takes the time to listen, speaks without blame or judgment, & includes me in every treatment option available. Truly a wonderful Doctor!!
