After seeing four other specialists for cholesteatomas in my right ear, including five surgeries, Dr. Manolidis took care of my problem. I am forever grateful to him.

Excellent care
The offices are clean and efficient. The staff is friendly. Dr. Manolidis is very knowledgeable, very good with his diagnosis and treatment plans. He wasted no time in getting my treatment plan going quickly. He has great bedside manner. This is what you want in a doctor. I can not say enough good things about him or his staff. I have been his patient for almost two years and the follow up is just as amazing as the beginning treatment.

Dr. Manolidis is great!
Dr. Manolidis has a very professional staff and he is very personable and so very caring with his patients. He takes his time and addresses all of his patients' concerns. He assisted my spine doctor in a very complicated and lengthy surgery. The results were better than anyone hoped for. His part in the surgery went extremely well. I would very happily recommend Dr. Spiros Manolidis to anyone needed his services.

Only Cares About Money
Dr Manolidis does not care about his patients. While on call at MCP, he refused to come to the ER (as well as subsequently after being admitted to the hospital to see the on call ENT) on a Sunday for my wife’s ENT emergency even though it was possible that a surgical procedure would be needed immediately. This is after recommending to the ER Doctor to prescribe a medication that he knew my wife was extremely allergic to (and said to simply send her home after this medication). He only cares about billing your insurance and collecting his $, not about your health or well being.

Questionable Surgeon
I had a growth in my ear, for which I was referred to Dr. Manolidis. About six years later, I started to have major issues with the same ear, and more surgery was required. My new doctor, whom I trust, saw several issues stemming from the previous surgery (Manolidis’ work). In summation, I was dissatisfied with Dr Manolidis’ bedside manner and surgical proficiency.

Dr. Manolidis saw my father over a period of three months for what has been a hard-to-diagnose ear issue. Dr. Manolidis offered confidence and authority and made a solid effort to diagnose initially. However, it was nearly impossible to get results on imaging or any information in between visits (i.e. 3/11 head MRI and no one would talk about results until a 4/1 virtual visit with doctor; not even a nurse). I thought this was simply a staff choosing to be protective of a doctor but by the end, I sadly realized the impatience for patient care stemmed from the doctor himself. Our last virtual visit ended with him saying he didn't have time to continue to discuss this as he had patients with more serious issues than dad's. Those were the words...not just the sentiment, and then he hung up without a goodbye. I think he is a solid diagnostician, you just don't want to stick around if you have something long-term and not life threatening and you need to be very patient between appointments.

Wonderful chair-side manner, Dr Manolidis actually listened, and understood, and within minutes, recognized exactly what steps to take, and not only helped me to feel comfortable, but resolved my concerns right there. Having been to many other doctors previously, it was refreshing and comforting to be in the office with Dr Manolidis. Finally, someone who could listen, understand, and relieve the concerns I'd been suffering under for weeks prior. Thank you, to Dr Manolidis and staff. You all are fantastic!

Summary: Dr. Manolidis was in a hurry both times I saw him, he barely looked at my issues or listened to me. I called the office as I was still in pain, they kept saying he was not available. The office is messy and no one communicates with each other - they kept saying "I'm not sure who you spoke to.." Lastly, they bill you for things they DID NOT DO. I was billed over $300 for both visits (WITH insurance). When I asked for a detail receipt, they added a $147.00 ear wax removal..... that never happened. Of course, when you call to dispute, the apparent ONLY person that does billing is out for the week. Skip this doctor, go to a Doctor that takes the time to listen to your issues and is honest in their billing.

Dr. Spiros Manolidis... A man and his world class skill set that is as rare as his name in the great state of Texas. The first time I met Dr. Manolidis I immediately felt good in my stomach. He sat down, looked straight at me and ask how he could help. His confidence and energy is contagious. I don’t think Dr Manolidis looks at his work as a job. I believe helping people is what motivates and rewards him. After he answered all my questions and relieved all of my concerns, I agree the tumor in my neck had to be removed. I could tell he was smiling behind his mask, I could see it in his eyes. Dr Manolidis told me he should be able to get me through sugery without any issues. I have a young family and this was very comforting to me. Surgery was scheduled by he’s competent, efficient and caring staff. I had a successful surgery because of a great surgeon. Dr Manolidis was alway there for me post surgery with his positive energy. Thank you Dr Manolidis! Leif Younger

Dr. Spiros Manolidis After self-diagnosing myself with Trigeminal Neuralgia due to suffering extreme shocks to the right side of my face matching the conditions to this disorder and losing 60% of my hearing on my right ear at the age of 30, I was referred to Dr. Spiros Manolidis by my ENT Doctor. I first saw Dr. Manolidis on July 1st, 2019 who saw my MRI scan and diagnosed me with a benign Acoustic Neuroma brain tumor. My heart and life fell apart not knowing what would happen next. To add to it, he informed me that because tumors grow so slow and the size of my current tumor, it was probable that my tumor was approximately 10-15years old! It was a "giant" tumor. As big as it can get pushing against the trigeminal and acoustic nerve. My tumor was also pushing my brain stem out of alignment and interwoven between these nerves. Dr. Manolidis was the first neuro type surgeon that I met and he took my wife and I in his care immediately. After being hit with such bad news, we left his off

Dr. Spiros Manolidis went beyond anyone expectations as a doctor and human being to save me from unusual, complicated and aggressive cancer of the head and brain. He dedicated himself to save my life, he was ready days and nights to provide his knowledge. He is a very smart doctor who can see more then it is written in all medical books. His constant smile, energy and positive disposition around patients makes the sickness looks small and my life important. I'm a living proof of job well done.
