Not very well from the start...I had to select a new PCP at this location at short notice because the previous one left the practice (that should have been a clue!). Bandi was short with responses, did not seem interested in me as an individual patient and did not listen well. In my initial appointment, she failed to listen thoroughly to my concerns about pain I'd previously reported months before and was still having - She just glanced at my record, saw I'd had an x-ray and said it was the same arthritis, offered no thorough exam at all. Although I asked, she did not even bother to refer me for further imaging...I was FORCED to go for another visit just for an MRI order that did show I had nerve damage in addition to arthritis!! She also refused to give refills on "maintenance" medications that I believe is only for yet another office visit & insurance charge. Needless to say, only 4 months later, I have changed my PCP.
