Dr. Srikiran Pothamsetty, MD

Dr. Pothamsetty is an amazing doctor. Thorough, and has excellent bedside manners. Staff is friendly and efficient.

When I arrived on the first floor the first girl checked me in and gave me a paper to go to the second floor. In the stairs I realized she put the wrong doctor's name so I corrected it myself. On the second floor the second girl there did an assessment and kept asking me about and telling me about colonoscopy and I had to tell her many times I am not here to colonoscopy but an endoscopy. To no avail the paperwork she gave me was about colonoscopy. Already 2 mistakes. Then the doctor never came to see me only a NP. I did not feel safe getting anesthesia from a team that can't even fill out the right paperwork. I cancelled the procedure with the doctor's office but for 2 weeks now the hospital calls and emails that I owe them almost $1000 for this procedure. Yesterday I talked to 3 people from the dr philips hospital calling me to confirm my apt and tell me I have to pay onsite. Today I still had to talk to 2 more people despite the fact that I tell everyone I CANCELLED. Stay away not sa

I saw many physicians and specialists in the past few decades in various states. Dr. Pothamsetty is a unique breed of doctors who really care for their patients rather than the pocketbook. I admire him of his knowledge and time he takes to answer all questions. You do not feel rushed, and you will be in good hands going through the procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Pothamsetty. If you try once, you realize what an amazing person he is. Cons - Only thing I did not like is going from ground floor to 1st floor to see the doctor. If the office can adjust that patients be seen at one place, it would be great.

The nurses at the surgery center were very helpful, attentive and caring. Dr. Sri Pothamsetty is a great doc, a very caring and empathetic individual. I felt at ease throughout and felt very well taken care of.

My visit to Dr Pothamsetty’s office, my procedures, the service at the surgical center on the day of my procedures, their efficiency and professionalism and finally the follow up, all contributed to a very pleasant experience. I want to thank Dr Pothamsetty and his wonderful staff for their thoughtfulness, professionalism and effort. They were very accommodative of my needs and time constraints. My experience with the office, the surgery center and Dr. Pothamsetty was 5 star. Carol, the RN at Millenia Surgery Center was exceptionally patient with me.

There's not enough stars to rate Dr. Pothamsetty, he's great and will make you feel calm and relaxed, the only improvement I'd like to happen is the front desk personnel should be revised, rude lady and the assistants could use some more trained, they poke my veins 4 times to get an IV, also need more room, its always packed. Please don't let my comments discourage you, the doctor will make up for everything.

This was my first colonoscopy exam. Dr.Pothamsetty and his staff did an excellent job.

Dr. Pothamsetty was exceptional. He explained post operative findings and took the time to answer questions I had. He is patient, knowledge and kind. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Very happy with Dr. Pothamsetty and the endoscopy team. They were all very professional, meticulous and caring.

Covid times! I was very nervous about seeing a doctor and getting procedures done. Turns out, I didn’t have to worry so much. My consultation was over telephone, so I avoided an in-person office visit. Beth the NP was extremely patient and helpful. Dr. Pothamsetty did my colonoscopy at the Millenia Surgery Center, and it was pretty obvious they took all precautions possible. The procedure itself was a breeze, didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. Dr. Pothamsetty came out soon after my I woke up and explained everything he found, and the plan of care. Nice doc, would recommend without hesitation.
