Dr. Srinivasa Madala, MD

Dr. Madala and his team are great. He does in home visits at an assisted living facility, Orchard Point. He is so kind and works so hard to give his patients quality care. Our family appreciates him so much.

Dr Madala’s care for his patients is above and beyond. Dr Madala and Jamie are attentive and quickly respond to their patients needs and concerns in an efficient manner. They quickly assess the problem and health dilemma and respond with the proper solution and treatment as needed.

Doctor Madala and nurse Jamie are a good team. They visit our Assisted Living Home every month and/or when our residents need a doctor's visit, get everything done and make the process very easy. We would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a good listening, caring and compassionate doctor.

Jamie is the best! Friendly, kind, and patient. Dr. Madala takes time to listen and cares about his patients. The team is consistent with their treatment and care. This doctor takes care of my father as well and he has identified issues others did not and because of that he is in good health.

Dr. Madala is very thorough and caring, and his support staff is responsive to our concerns and efficient with our requests.

Dr Madala & his staff have been taking such good care of my mom for a long time. Jayme always gets back to me & I never have to worry about appointments. Dr Madala really cares about his clients & I can feel that when he talks to me. Thank you so much & I really appreciate you and your staff!

It is a Wonderful Doctor and the staff is amazing as well. Very prompt in responses and decisions. We as a Assisted Living Home have a lot of questions and a lot of things that needs to be done as soon as possible and Dr. Madala and his staff always makes this happen. He truly loves what he’s doing and he knows how to take care of his patients. Doesn’t matter if is after hours or during the weekend he will take care of it! We love Dr. Madala and his staff. Great people and I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful Dr. Madala and his staff are.

My Father has been seeing Dr. Madala for over two years. Dr Madala is professional, caring, and takes time to listen. Dr Madala also has on his staff Brinda who is a Nurse Practitioner. She too is very good. Also, Jamie who is an all around great person who works with the Doctor, the Nurse practitioner and the patient. I am just in the initial stages of working with Dr Madala, but from what I have seen, he is very personable and conscientious. The lab work was attended to promptly as well.

Dr. Madala and his team are absolutely the BEST. We own an assisted living facility and all of our residents are seen by Dr. Madala. Dr. Madala really connects with his patients and ensures they are receiving the very best care. They are timely when responding to texts and emails and helpful with anything we need (prescriptions, referrals, copies of reports, forms signed). We often tell them we wish everyone else was as easy to work with. They truly help us get the best care for our residents and make our job easier!

I live at The Mission at Agua Fria and the Doctor makes visits to the facility at least once a month. He and his staff are always considerate, friendly and very knowledgable. They answer any questions I may have in language I can understand. I also really like the fact that the Doctor answers the phone himself when I have called about a concern. Much better than automated responces.

We've been very blessed to finally get a down-to-earth doctor that genuinely helps & listens to patients & their families, instead of his own ego. What a concept right.

Dr. Madala and his assistant Kim provided incredible health care for my mother who lived in an assisted living facility in Sun City. I was located out of state and as a result depended greatly upon their expertise and care. My mother was routinely seen on a monthly basis and of course whenever needed at her place of residence. After each visit, Dr. Madala and Kim would immediately contact me to update me on current health and discuss any medical need. I was always consulted before any new prescriptions were prescribed and/or if any medical tests were required. I felt as though I was a fully informed partner in monitoring and helping to facilitate the well being of my mother. My mother always looked forward to their visits and felt so comfortable with them. In November, I moved my mother to live near me. I so wish I could have packed up Dr. Madala and Kim and taken them with me. They had become like family. You could not find a more professional, caring and trustworthy team!!

Dr. Madada and his assistant, Kim, were very helpful when my husband was discharged from Hospice but was unable to leave home to see a dr. We appreciated their kindness, thoroughness and caring.

My brother and I just switched our mother from another health care provider to Dr. Madala. Wow! what a difference. With Dr. Madala we call and talk to either him or his medical assistant immediately. No more having to wait for non-existent call backs like we endured with the other place. Our mother said Dr. Madala was through, polite, and personable as was Kim, his medical assistant. She is so happy! We highly recommend Dr. M. to anyone in the Sun City, Sun City West, or Surprise area.

With the exception of Dr. Madala, I was ignored, told I had psychiatric syndrome, when I had a potentially fatal infection. He was following the things I told him so he KNEW I needed prescribing. He's quiet however if you ask questions he reponds with information you need.

I think its so neat to come to my Place for Home visits Dr Madala is such a great doctor and so is His Medical Assistant Kim.They are very efficient team and really nice people. They are very thorough in what they do.

Failed to diagnose a terminal illness for almost a full year.
