Awesome doctor
He is thorough, caring, informed, has a nice sense of humor. He refers you to other practitioners as needed. Calls and messages are answered the same day. Great follow up. Both my husband and I see him. I have referred several friends to him, and all are very pleased with their complete care.

An Excellent Primary Care Physician
Dr. Palnati has been my primary care physician for many years. He has been instrumental in managing my medical challenges through the years and identified several potential life-threatening issues early enough to managing each of them to life-extending outcomes. During a routine annual physical examination, Dr. Palnati identified a heart-related atrial fibrillation issue that ultimately led to open heart surgery and, over time, achieving tremendous improvement in my life and outlook for the future. Dr. Palnati is knowledgeable, intelligent, thorough, honest, straightforward and caring in his communications and interactions. I highly recommend Dr. Palnati as my primary care physician and look forward to my periodic visits with Dr. Palnati in the future.

Dr. Palnati has been my doctor for about 6 years. He listens and is very responsive to your issues. He tells you the way it is even if you do not want to hear it. You can call and leave messages with his nurse and before the end of the day she will contact you or the doctor will. The doctor calls you himself with test results. You DO NOT have to make an appointment to get the results.

Dr Palnati truly cares about his patients! He listens to you and always makes sure that any questions you might have are answered and you never feel rushed during examinations. Referrals and prescription renewals are always made quickly. Dr Palnati is a kind and caring doctor.

He doesn't listen to patient very well, makes assumptions that aren't there. Entered derogatory and accusative statements in my patient record which are not correct, but I feel are detrimental to my character.
