DR KATHU was compassionate and listened to my concerns. His office staff at the front desk to the MA were pleasant and welcoming. The best office visit I have had in a long time.

Friendly staff. Doctor was good. Downside is they changed my appointment the day of. Overbooked with patients in the same time slot so it felt rushed. And appointment was running way behind. It was pack em stack em and rack em.

I've been a patient of Dr K for over a decade and love it. To sum it up, he's very compassionate, empathetic, superb bedside manners, and thorough. Everything you'd want in a healthcare provider.

First I was informed I had to go see his nurse practitioner only to have her ask me why I was there since I only had to schedule the colonoscopy. She scheduled it for 2 months out. Only the office knew ahead of time that they wouldn’t be working with my health insurance (Cigna) after Dec. 1. So they called about a week out saying I could either self pay or cancel. Very unprofessional office. Won’t be going back to this doctor if that’s how he treats his repeat patients.

Dr. Kethu listened carefully to my question and concerns. He explained his answers clearly and concisely. His office staff were friendly and attentive.

Dr Ketu lets the patient describe all her ailments, ask probing questions and does not discount your concerns. He is so nice and so caring. I highly recommend him. Note that he is difficult to get into, but worth the wait

Well the Dr is trying to help me with nausea and feeling of need to vomit related to my Barrett’s Esophagus.

Fabulous. I had a colonoscopy 10 yrs ago at another clinic and it was a terrible experience. No one explained to me what expect or the results. Dr Kethu’s group is well organized and thoughtful. It is a very well-run facility. I had 4 nurses each responsible for a different part of the experience-all were great. Colonoscopy’s are not fun exams -and no one wants to have them done. But the experience was very quick and low stress.

The staff was very professional and helpful.

Had my initial consultation with Dr. Kathu. It was a video meeting. I was given plenty of time. He asked good questions and was patient & through in answering my questions and explaing the next steps. I have also talked with two of his office staff. They were professional, courteous and sympathetic to my condition.

The first meeting with doctor Sripathi Kethu was a virtual on my cell phone. I was uneasy about my first pending colonoscopy with him and I wanted his assessment of my medical records. He immediately provided detailed information about my condition/test results and how to proceed. Although it was my first meeting he was very easy to talk to and he answered all my questions. Visit confirmed why my doctor recommended him.

Procedure went perfect. On time ,entire staff was great.

Dr. Kethu was very open about the procedure and answered all my questions. His staff made me feel comfortable as I was taken into the theater for the procedure. All of the pre-op instructions were easy to follow and the staff was available for any questions prior to going in. The staff was also helpful with the billing/payment situation, as well as, post-op concerns I might face, which there were none. I highly recommend Dr. Kethu and all of his staff for everything that they did for me throughout this check up and medical review.
