SHE IS NEGLIGENT!!!
Telehealth
Got set up with Dr. Garber through Plushcare to quit smoking. 1st telehealth visit went great. She was very attentive and set me up we with a Varencline prescription. A couple weeks into the treatment, we met again. I asked for a refill as I was running low and leaving the country in a few days. She agreed to refill a 90 day supply and wished me well. It has now been well over a week, I have left, and returned from my out of country vacation and STILL no prescription has been sent to my pharmacy. If I could give negative stars, I would. Thanks so much, Dr. Garber for making this journey of quitting smoking such a hassle. You bet I will be leaving a review any place i possibly can. I just don't quite understand how there's 0 accountability with anyone doing their job anymore, other than a lame 'sorry' in the end. Thank you again so much Doctor Garber!!!!!!- and yes, I followed up with Plushcare about my refill, and yet here we are.
