Every patient is treated the same. No individual care. They cannot see the whole picture of your health history. No consideration for your needs, especially if you want to manage your illness. They refuse to help you manage, they just want to cut. Its a ll about the$.

My daughter has been a patient of doctor McKelvey for almost 16 months now and though I don’t have a problem with her treatments I do cringe when I have to call her office to get any follow up work done! It’s been 2 weeks now that I’ve left messages after messages for the doctor to sign off on a request for a very important letter that my daughter has to submit to her college regarding health issues and I’ve called ever single day to see if the letter is ready for me to pick up. So far, no nurse or the doctor’s team has called or contacted me to tell me that it’s ready. I keep asking the lady at the front desk to make it high priority which she did but still no reply. I’m absolutely livid and very frustrated with this inaction. A doctor is only as good as her team and staff around her. If she’s good and those around her are slacking off then she suffers, I’m sorry to say. She just lost a patient due to the incompetence of those around her.I’m so done with this nonsense.

Dr. McKelvey is the best! She worked with me many months and was the first to be able to diagnosis my problem. She worked tirelessly to find the problem and treat it. She is patient, easy to talk to, and takes the time to listen to the patient. I would recommend her to all my family and friends in need. She went above and beyond.

I have been treated by Dr. McKelvey for the past eight (8) months. At my very first visit, she carefully reviewed my medical history, patiently answered all my questions, adjusted my medication and scheduled appropriate diagnostic procedures. From my first encounter and continuing through all subsequent visits I have been very impressed with her knowledge, thoroughness and very pleasant demeanor. She is simply amazing! I couldn’t be more happy and thankful to be treated by Dr. McKelvey.

Dr. Stacey McKelvey Is Top-Notch! She always listens and takes the time to offer the highest quality of care. I've had stomach and intestinal issues for years and she was the only Doctor who was able to call for the right tests and got me on the road to recovery. She always gave me good solid advice along the way and the whole experience made me value her highly as a Doctor!

Dr. McKelvey performed a colonoscopy on me in the past 2 weeks. Her professionalism and caring personality were top grade. She explained the procedure thoroughly in advance and went over all the findings in detail after the procedure. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, professional and extremely capable gastroenterologist.

Dr. McKelvey has been my doctor for over a year and has gotten me through some terrible times. She is compassionate as well as thorough in getting to the bottom of a problem. Dr. McKelvey never gave up until I was healed. Her appointments are always on time and she is professional in every way! I feel blessed to have her as my doctor!!!! Having a doctor that explains everything and answers all questions.

She is just an AMAZING doctor really knows what she's talking about and shows that she truly cares for her patients! I truly look forward going to her office, and the front desk staff is also very sweet.
