Dr. Staci McHale, MD

Waited in the waiting room for an hour. Once they finally called me back, I sat in the exam room for 30 minutes with the doctor never coming in. I finally decided to leave and reschedule.

Absolutely horrible Dr. Do not waste your time here. Front desk never answers phone. Dr is very rude and unprofessional. Office staff is even worse. Never gets to the root of any issues. Billing is always a mess. Wait times are 2+ hours in the waiting room. Dr is uncaring and incompetent. Many other Drs to choose from. Go elsewhere.

I love visiting Staci! I've referred a number of friends to her. Staci makes you feel like you are really listened too, and she does everything to make you comfortable during the exam and talk you through everything. I absolutely love visiting her, as much as anyone can love going to a Gyno. Regardless, Staci is professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and make sure you understand what is going on.

For the most part, Dr. McHale is a good doctor and I appreciated the care she gave me. However, if you choose her as your doctor, be prepared to wait 1.5 - 2 hours to see her. Even scheduling the first appointment of the day has a minimum wait time of 40 minutes. It's ridiculous. I walked out on two appointments because of the wait, the second time having been on the exam table with all of my clothes off! Now that I've chosen to find another doctor, I've been getting nastygrams from Dr. McHale's office telling me they are "withdrawing care" from me and will be "terminating your care with our office." I've already received two by regular mail and have also received a certified letter, which I assume says the same thing, but I'm not going to devote any more of my time to this doctor by going out of my way to pick up that letter. It's a shame that some doctors don't respect their patient's time enough to get their act together and figure out how to improve on wait times.

I would give less if possible. Complete disregard for medical well-being. This is an office staff that only cares about getting your money. Office manager Tim (I believe it's his name), actually told me that they are absolved of any symptoms I am having from the IUD that Dr Staci McHale placed because I asked for my medical records to be released.
