Worst experience I’ve ever had
HORRIBLE bed side manner. She was outright rude. Completely unhelpful in her medical advice as well. Rushed me out of the office after having a technical issue on her computer and told me she couldn’t give me any information on when she would be able to send my prescription over. Even in an emergency, I would not recommend seeing this doctor.

Worst Dr experience !!!!
Very, very bad experience. The staff was no where to be found when I arrived so when they finally came back to the front desk I was checked in a little late. (Just a few minutes). They called two patients back at the same time. I was first because my scheduled time was first and the other patient was to be next. “Dr” Richardson stood in the hallway outside the rooms so that the patients could hear and went on a spiel of how she is refusing to take me first and made a whole speech about lateness. (Even though it was her staff that actually clocked me in late). So she took the other patient and when she got to me she had NO BEDSIDE MANNER at all. She was short, condescending and rushed. And she didn’t come off as knowledgeable to me. It got to the point it didn’t even matter why I was there, I just wanted to leave from around her presence. Would give no stars.

The above review is interesting, as I have found the staff in her office to exhibit the same characteristics described. The other offices i this group are the opposite:Efficient and Personable and Professional. Guessing that each office's professionalism all starts at the top or with the boss. She obviously has set the tone.

Dr Richardson has a horrible "bedside manner", is very impatient and speaks with disdain and contempt to elderly patients for whom she is charged to serve. She does not follow up as promised and is incredibly snarky. I have not had the opportunity to find any silver lining and from what I can tell, if she is skilled or knowledgeable in any way, she should consider research or the laboratory away from human life
