Dr. Gustin follows up thoroughly with my questions and concerns. She shows genuine care every time I see her for my annual wellness check. She is also great at responding to results via the patient portal.

It was a video call as a result of a message that I sent her in the middle of the night after having fallen and hurt my back. She responded first thing in the morning and we talked and she prescribed medication to help the problem. I very much appreciated her immediate response and her sympathy and empathy towards my issue.

Responsive and great

A couple of years ago, I had two experiences that made me leave this office. I had an appointment for a female exam and the night before, my eye swelled up. I asked her to look at my eye and she made me choose my eye or female exam. She said she couldn't do both. I called medicare and they said she could have done both the same day. The second I have osteoporosis. She told me about a pill I could take. When I asked about the shots she said she doesn't do those and I would have to see the Rheumatologist to hear about that. I go to a family dr who can be an advisor. My next dr told me all there was to know about everything available to me.

Dr. Gustin is an amazing, caring, problem solving provider that listens to her patients. So lucky to have a doctor like her

Dr. Gustin is amazing and is great at explaining everything to the patient in a way that they can understand. I wouldn’t want anyone else to be my doctor and I am glad she is my PCP.
