She was the Dr that found my breast cancer at Anderson (SC) Radiology in 2018. She was the best!!! I owe my life to her. They did the 3D mammogram, otherwise my cancer would not have been found with the regular screening....Thank the Lord it had not spread. and after being referred to what she called my "dream team" of Oncologists and surgeons, all had a part in saving my life. 4 years cancer free!

One of the most thorough and caring Physicians I have ever seen. I drive two hours just for her to read my mammograms. Her follow-up is quick, concise, and complete. I highly recommend Dr. Stacy Smith-Foley and Carti. This is where I also chose to send my patients for mammograms

I have been patient at the Breast Center many years due to breast cancer diagnosis in 2007. Also see Dr. Foley at the health club I go to and there have been several times where I was desperate for some advice and asked when I shouldn't have (as we are just acquaintances) for some advice/help. She always understood and went out of way to help. Also responsible for pushing breast center to stay cutting edge, e.g., obtaining better diagnostics for women with dense breast tissue. A caring doctor!
