Dr. Saulny encouraged me to speak my mind about any questions or concerns I had and he addressed all in a very personalized, professional and satisfactory manner. I felt much better after my followup appointment and wished I had not stressed the months in between.

An incredible doctor who treats his patients with kindness and patience. My husband and I were very impressed with Dr. Saulny and his wonderful staff. Each procedure was explained in detail. Very personable and the best part is the quality care we received. Highly recommend Westlake Eye Clinic.

The Dr elicits excellency! He made me feel relaxed, explained the process and answered all my questions. He made me confident that what I needed to have done would be excellently performed. In addition, I was very impressed by how nice and respectfully he treated the two assistants in the room. The comradery he displayed made me feel extra comfortable knowing he cared for his staff and would also care for me during surgery.

Like the explanation and the visit

I was seen by Dr Saulney for a lump on my inner left eyelid. He and his staff were pleasant and professional and explained everything to me in details that were easy to understand. They made me feel at ease and the procedure to remove the lump was painless and quick. I would definitely recommend his services to others.

Eyelid consult. Dr Saulny is very reliable.. He went out of his way to cover the procedure, and was thorough in the exam. His connection with patients is excellent.

Dr Saulny is doing an eyelid procedure. He took his time in explaining everything in detail. The nurses gave me two sheets of notes to refer back to. I had no questions after he finished explaining. I think that says it all.

A concern for the patient; is a very good listener.

A bit of a wait, but staff and Dr very friendly and thorough.

I arrived for my appointment at 10:20 and had to wait until noon before I could see Dr. Saulny.That's too long to wait!

Dr Saulny is very thorough and ensures he gets to the bottom and resolve any of issues.

Dr. Saulny was easy to talk with and took his time with me. Friendly staff as well.

Dr. Saulney is clearly an expert in his field. He spent a lot of time making sure I understood all aspects of my upcoming procedure and that all my questions were answered.

The staff was extremely kind and organized. I have had 2 appts at Westlake eye assoc, approx 2 months apart in 2024. The only doctor I came in contact with was Dr Saulney, who only visits this location a couple times a month. I have never been treated in such a demeaning manner than what that man did to me. My 1st visit, I waited for 1.5 hours in the waiting room and another 30min once back in the exam room. This physician appears to be on a power trip. Argumentative at any questions that were raised. He was so offensive to me, that I told him I did not wish to continue my appt with him anymore because of his condescending attitude & argumentative stance & behavior. I do NOT recommend Dr Saulney to anyone!!!!! I was considering eye surgery with this doctor. I cannot imagine how he treats his elderly patients. He is unkind, condescending, argumentative and down right rude. A patient is not safe in his hands!!!!!!

Initial consultation with Dr. Saulny was excellent. There wasn't one question I had that was left unanswered. I am a candidate for eyelid surgery and am looking forward to seeing better and looking a little better too.

My first impression was that Dr Saulny is smart and professional. He also seems very well experienced. I had droopy eyelids repaired, and the procedure was almost completely painless, just as he described. My visual field is improved and my wife says that my eyes look like they did when she first met me! Very natural looking results. I highly recommend him.

Dr Saulny made it clear that my eyelids were actually blocking my vision, especially my peripheral vision, so much so that my safety could be impaired. The change had happened over an extended period and I didn’t realize it. I’m really glad I saw him after my cataract surgeries. Surgery to remove the excess eyelids is covered by Medicare and insurance. I’m eager to have the correction.

I was a little disappointed this visit. The doctor entered the room and introduced himself as if I were a new patient. I had to remind him of what was done on the previous visit and why he scheduled this visit. And for a while he seemed to have me confused with someone else.It just takes a minute to review the records which was not done.After that the visit went fine.
