Dr. Voight is wonderful. I suffered with sinus and ear issues for 30 something years. He resolved it all when other did not. Thank you to him and his entire staff. He's great!

Forgetful
Scheduled surgery for ear tubes and deviated septum repair. He "forgot" to put my ear tubes in during my procedure. Have had 6 sinus/ear infections since. Waste of time and money.

Caring, helpful and solved the problem
I saw Dr. Voight last year for a severe ear infection after my primary couldn’t resolve the problem that left me almost dead. Dr. Voight’s bedside manner is calm, compassionate, and kind. He explained everything to me in detail. I came back to Dr. Voight for a deviated septum a year later and again, he was absolutely wonderful. All the staff there have been pleasant and kind. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Voigt is the worst doctor I've ever seen and would NEVER recommend anyone go to this office. After taking an allergy test and writing down the results, I was told he was "busy with other patients," and that I would have to make a follow-up appointment, AKA fork-over another co-pay, just to get my results. I was then told he was out of the office for the next week and would have to wait 10 days to see him. On my follow-up virtual appointment, I was left waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time. No explanation, no apology; I had to call the office to see what was going on and if he was even going to show up. He spent literally 4 minutes with me to explain my results. But he got another co-pay out of me and another opportunity to bill my insurance. So it was a good day for him, I'm sure.

Dr. Voigt mis-diagnosed me, after I told him in detail my issue. He said problem was ear wax, prescribed $40 drops (didn't work) and scooted me out as fast as possible. I almost went to the ER that night it hurt so bad. I went back to Dr. Voigt the next day and then he took a little more time with me and prescribed a bunch of drugs, but I still had to ask for pain meds... I was billed for both visits, & ear wax removal. I asked to be refunded and instead of a response, I got another bill.
