She reviewed platelet levels from previous lab results and the platelets lab results from this appointment. She lowered my anxiety level by reassuring me that the variations were not necessarily bad.

Dr Capone is the best! She listens. She addresses my concerns. She makes suggestions and offers referrals when needed. She is caring, compassionate, and thorough. I have been with her for many years because she is the best doctor.

I`m very happy with the services and the front desk. I`ve been going to Dr. Capone for many years probably about eight or nine years and she saved my life when I had a reaction to Heperin in the hospital. I owe her everything. I continue to get my lab done there once a month.

There is a major problem with trying to get into the office due to the construction. I imagine once the construction is completed it should be fine.

The parking situation is terrible and it`s hard to get into the office.

Dr. Capone has been caring for me since 2006. I was in really bad shape when I developed an aggressive prostate/bone cancer. Dr. Capone has successfully managed my cancer since that time. Dr. Capone is intelligent, compassionate and diligent in providing a high level of care. I’m glad she is my oncologist and I highly recommend her.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My 80 yo mother used her for the past few years. Difficult to get hold off, nurses barely call back. My mom got pneumonia which cut her chemo short. Blood work drawn but mom re-hospitalized when she was supposed to go for follow up. New blood taken, again mom went to the hospital. She refused to give my mom the results over the phone or via telehealth. My mom passed away and we have no idea what affect her cancer had on her condition. She was looking for a different oncologist before this all happened but never had that chance.

All of the staff have always been extremely supportive and cooperative when I needed to make appointment changes or times, or if I`ve gotten lost on my way to the Office, they`ve always been very helpful and very patient.

The medical establishment is really really good and satisfactory. However, there is recent lack of medications and shortages so prevents some treatment. It`s not their fault but it affects how patients are treated.

There is a lot of construction that is going on and it`s very difficult for new patients to drive through all this construction place and then reach the hospital. For me, it`s the third visit but still I`m confused every time I come there. If that is not, then I think facility is very good. Staff is good. Dr. Capone is very good.

The parking is awful. I know you guys have a valet but I know there`s as lot of construction but in general even when the construction is done the parking is going to be horrible.

I am very pleased with all of the staff and especially Dr. Capone. She was very caring, she was very knowledgeable, and she took all the time necessary to answer my question so I`m very pleased with Dr. Capone.
