Dr. Stefanie Marshall, DO

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Stephanie Marshall, which, unfortunately, left me feeling deeply disappointed. I had been looking forward to this visit as an opportunity to gain clarity and reassurance on some health concerns. However, I found the experience unsettling and uncomfortable due to the rushed nature of the consultation and a lack of compassion and bedside manner.Throughout the visit, Dr. Marshall seemed hurried and disengaged, which made me feel as though my concerns were not being taken seriously. Her approach came across as dismissive, and I left the office feeling even more anxious than before, as my questions and worries were not adequately addressed.Although I almost left the office entirely, the front desk staff handled the situation with kindness and professionalism, suggesting that I return next week to see Dr. Kirififes. I genuinely appreciate their attentiveness, and I am hopeful that my next visit will be a more positive experience.

Dr. Marshall spent about five minutes with me and dismissed all my concerns. She told me 'I said a lot of things,' 'nothing warrants' further testing, and stated everything I was feeling was normal. She told me to try ibruprofen. I said ibruprofen has not worked for me in the past. Dr. Marshall told me there was nothing she could do because my ultrasound was clear and I didn't want to go on birth control, but stated she hoped getting pregnant would help. I was never asked if anything about my lifestyle or medication had changed. I was not asked about my medical history or the medical history of my family. I was not asked other symptoms. Dr. Marshall never once sympathized or made any suggestion other than to take medication. I left feeling dismissed and without hope that I would get my life. It is a shame because all but one midwife I have seen there since my almost twenty years at the practice has been phenomenal.

New patient transfer from 20 plus year provider. Was rushed as a new patient and offered zero care or resolve for concerns raised. Brushed off my concerns and comes off cocky. Time in my room was less than 3 mins.

Literally the worst doctor I have ever been to. Doesn’t listen to any of my concerns. Has left the room while I was crying telling me there is nothing anyone can do about my concern. I have left that office in tears more times than I can count. She’s horrible and I hope she doesn’t deliver my baby.
