Mixed feelings
I saw Dr. Stephanie Saunders at Mass ENT Associates on the recommendation of my audiologist who praised her bedside manners. While I agree on that point, which is an important one, I am disappointed by the quality of the care I received. After doing more research on my condition, I subsequently went to see Dr. David Jung at Mass Eye and Ear. After repeating some of the testing, he pointed out that his results were very different than Dr. Saunders', which had a direct impact on performing additional testing and subsequently on my treatment options. Had I not gotten a second opinion, I would have been missing out on actual treatment, rather than "wait and come back in a year". While every patient and every condition is different, overall I can't say that I am pleased with my own experience with Dr. Stephanie Saunders at Mass ENT Associates, especially when you factor in the fact that the *incorrectly performed* testing costed me several hundreds dollars out of pocket.

Terrible experience ever!!! I was there for an ear exam. They gave me several different exams. They did not tell me what exams or how much the cost would be, they just went ahead with it. I honestly don't know if it's necessary or not! because there was no surgery no medication after the visit. One of the exams called NASAL ENDOSCOPY, it only took less than 5 seconds. 5 seconds!!!!! It cost over $628 just for this five-second exam. And they charge for "every office visit" even you paid your "first visit"!
