Dr Vaimakis goes above and beyond for her patients. She’s very knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, friendly, takes her time with you and explains everything in detail. Beth, Allison, Aviana and Marcela will also go above and beyond to accommodate you in every area of their position, very patient, knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging.Dr Vaimakis and her staff will get you through your journey of weight loss, keep in mind you have to do your part to.I highly recommend seeing Dr Vaimakis and her staff.

Dr Vaimakis is a phenomenal Dr. I was at my wits end with trying to lose weight. Everything I had tried that worked for me in the past no longer worked. I went to see Dr V who came highly recommended by a friend. I really didn’t think I was going to loose weight. I could not have imagined my results. Everything she has recommended has worked very well for me and my husband. We could not be happier and highly recommend her and her staff!!!!

Dr Vaimakas is an amazing doctor. I came to her 35 lbs heavier and at a loss. I tried every diet and exercised all the time but couldn’t lose weight. I first spoke to Allison the dietician who provided me with many tools on better eating habits! Allison is so sweet and always has an answer to all my questions. Then I see Dr. Vaimakas who is equally as helpful in providing information and finding solutions to all my issues. Recently I developed as rash at my injection site she responded to my concern right away and even reached out to me via telephone to check in! I highly recommend both Allison and Dr Vaimakas if you are struggling to loss weight and need assistance

I flew from California to Meet with Dr. Vaimakis. I live in northern California which was devastated by wildfires and in turn resulted in a large loss of physicians. I had a great experience unlike other offices I had visited. I am used to seeing an NP or PA but she met with me directly which pleasantly surprised me. She was very caring, attentive, and interested in providing answers to all my concerns, all while not looking at a computer! Dr. Vaimakis took her time to explain the process and welcomed and answered all my questions. I felt heard, cared for, and never felt rushed. Most importantly, she didn't focus on just the surgery, but the after care and support. You just don't find doctors like this anymore! I Was so impressed! She is there for her patients after surgery which meant the world to me! Thank you so much Dr Vaimakis, I can't say enough good things about you!

I read through these reviews and really wish this was the practice I have been seeing. But it's not. Dr Varmarkis is kind and listens. She does offer options and answers questions. But I feel rushed. The supporting staff is unprofessional, rude at times, and have mishandled my appts and billing. It's a very small practice, so you cannot deal with another receptionist or dietician. Trust your gut if you decide to go here. I came here for my health and do not feel supported.

i cannot say enough to thank this Doctor for her kindness and her empathy. I came here referred from a friend struggling with my weight and very ashamed that I couldn’t seem to control it. She took her time to explain everything to me and i instantly felt the support I so desperately needed. Dr. Vaimakis saved my life and I will forever be grateful. The best thing I have done for myself. I have gone from 250 lbs to 190 lbs with the bariatric / Sleeve. My self Steam has improved and my depression decreased , I can fit in my old clothes again. I will highly recommend the procedure and Dr. Vaimakis to anyone.

My experience with Dr. Vaimakis and related staff has been excellent from start to finish. I considered having surgery two years ago when first contacting Dr. Vaimakis my decision not to proceed at that time was respected and I was offered non-surgical alternatives by her office. Finally I decided to move forward and had the gastric sleeve procedure done January 2018. I was informed every step of the way and had a trouble free surgical experience. I highly recommend her practice with gratitude.

I would recommend Dr. Viamakis in a heartbeat. I am an R.N., so I tend to be highly choosey in my choices of health care professionals who are going to care for me as well as any referrals I may give. I am so happy to have picked Dr. V. She is warm, compassionate, takes you thru the steps, works as a team with you. You immediately feel you can express your life experiences and how you have become obese with ease and that she really cares. I refer her to everybody!!! She CARES and follow-ups!!!
