I got a quick referral to 1st available surgeon, Dr. Coffman, for a suspected hernia but that was a 5 day wait. He agreed that surgery was necessary. Then my surgery was set for 1st available opening. That was an 11 day wait. During the wait times I could have aggravated the injury so that was a worry. My surgery visit went very smoothly with everyone prepared. Everyone attending me was attentive and communicated clearly. My wife picked me up less than 3 hrs after she dropped me off.
