Dr. Stephan Jannach, MD

Excellent doctor! He goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is very dedicated, caring and knowledgeable!!

My elderly mother (91) has been a patient of Dr Jannach for over 15 yrs. She recently had to go on medicaid & medical care has drastically changed. Recently she needed a "letter of medical necessity" from Dr Jannach for incontinent supplies. Six wks later, after many calls, we were told that he would not do the letter without an OV. This was during the covid pandemic. We went to the office and asked Dr Jannach for the letter and explained that mother had already spent $200 out-of-pocket for the supplies since the ins co first sent him a request for the letter. His response was, "I only get $8 from Medicaid for each OV." He said he would send the letter. He sent a letter that did not have both a medical type & reason. It was denied. We contacted Dr Jannach again and after many calls, were told he would resend the original letter. He refused to change the letter and we were informed by his nurse that we could find another doctor.

Dr. Jannach has been my PCP for many years. I am 90 y.o. with several very challenging medical conditions. Dr. Jannach has taken each and every one of those challenges personally. He has proved ruthless in ferreting out what is wrong, why it happened, and how he can alleviate any suffering. Best of all, he has a droll sense of humor and seemingly endless patience, answering questions and making sure that I understand what is happening and how it is being addressed. He is EXCELLENT!
