Been Dr. Bynum's patient for a couple yrs. My ins.listed her as PCP but I never picked her. Most appts Dr Bynum just went through the motions-rarely took care of anything herself, just gave referrals. Bad on info. & her staff was mistake prone. A1C's are all important to T2D patients. Went to Bynum to get A1C done but she had ordered another blood test. Her nurse didn't tell lab to do the A1C.They did Bynum's blood test but no A1C. Hate needles but had prepped months for A1C and not getting it set me back months before I returned. Got Covid recently & set appt to see Bynum about about a no. of issues and flu shot. Messaged nurse several times about what I wanted to cover. She said I should set an appt--told her I had appt--she never wrote back. I had post-Covid fatigue but went anyway. There no doc visit scheduled just the flu shot. Called Doc back to find out why--the receptionist was yelling when I asked to talk to the Doc to find out what occurred. Sloppy-never go back.
