Dr. Crabtree is great!
I have been going to Dr. Crabtree for years. She does take time to listen. She is very encouraging for me to be the best I can be at 73 years old. When I had Covid she called me at home. I was so sick. I would recommend her highly! Glad she’s young enough to make it through my lifetime. JC

Dr Crabtree takes her time to listen to me , and if I need specialist doctors she takes her time to find the right doctor for me. She has squeezed me in when I was hurt or sick. I really love her she is the best doctor I’ve ever had.

I love my visits to the office. Dr. Crabtree takes good care of my health and thinks of things that I do not think to ask. She is not rushed when talking to me and is concerned also about my mental health and asks how things are going at home. I have never had such a thorough physical. This year I had a colonoscopy. bone density test, EKG, and stress test along with lab work to see how my medicine is working. On my bone density test a couple of years ago, there was a place in my pelvic area that looked like I could be seriously injured should I fall. She placed me on a medicine to build that area up and she sent me for another bone density test this year, which was two years later. The medicine is working and my pelvic area is greatly improved. I am thankful to have her as my doctor and I let her know that upon my visits. I referred a friend and she is also happy with Dr. Crabtree.

Dr Crabtree has always seen me when I needed to be seen. I have never had a cancelled appointment by her. She has always listened and helped me with anything that I needed. She is a very caring doctor. I have gone to her for about 6 years.

Dr. Crabtree has been my primary provided since 2011. She not only gives excellent care she is also very understanding, kind, and knowledgeable. She works with many of my chronic health issues and I have always felt that I was given exceptional care and solutions. I personally wouldn’t want anyone else to be my health care provider.

On more than one occasion Dr. Crabtree has canceled all of her appointments just a day or two before the appointment. Yet to get an appointment it must be made nearly a month in advance. This happened prior to and since the start of the pandemic.

Dr. Crabtree has been very helpful to me. I have seen her four times this year. All appointments went well. She is very personable and a good listener. I plan to be her patient for a long time. I have multiple health issues at age seventy.

Dr. Crabtree is an excellent physician. All of these comments are exactly opposite of how I would describe her. These comments were obviously left by someone trying to sabotage her career. Dr. Crabtree is thorough, friendly, and helpful. If I were Dr. Crabtree I would hire a lawyer to remove this nonsense.

Dr Crabtree only works 3 days per week!!! She always seems to be in too big of a hurry to listen to your concerns, she tends to throw medications at problems instead of listening to patient, she has a very unhappy demeanor and rarely looks a patient in the eyes while discussing concerns, she has a horrible bedside manner. She has misdiagnosed me multiple times. Her staff are rude, cold and uncaring. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner if they do at all. Wait times are terrible.

Crabtree has proven to be a waste of time and money. She does not listen to her patients, insisting that she knows all, is inconsiderate of people's time as she is always running late and never apologetic, and is never comfortable treating or diagnosing any significant medical issues, always referring out. Seeing her has been a huge disappointment!

Disappointed in Kansas City, MO – Dec 24, 2016

She's become a callous doctor in less than 4 years. Can't imagine after 10. She's been pregnant the whole time shes been practicing. One baby after another. After the first is when she really started to change and treat you like you're a waste of time(nurse does the same). She only works 3 days a week. You're crap out of luck if you need a prescription filled even if you given her a week's notice. You can tell her mind is elsewhere. The results: a doctor you can't trust to treat chronic illness.

Negligent, misdiagnoses constantly with off the wall conditions that don't correlate with bloodwork (if she even bothers to do any). Isn't reliable. Has no idea how to treat the elderly or chronically ill. Lacks empathy and considering she's been that way since she started practicing instead of becoming that over time...it leaves little hope for her to change. She's forgetful, rude, and condescending despite how many times her patients prove to know their bodies and conditions better than her.
