Dr. Croll is always thorough and very informative.

I as to ask Dr.Croll to physically check my pressure. The technician checked it with the pen. Since I am a glaucoma patient, I would think the doctor would check the pressure without me asking since I was there for a pressure check.

Dr Croll is very knowledgeable and taken excellent care of me. She answers my questions and listens to my concerns. She realizes that while surgery is a physical process it is also an emotional process as well. She takes the time to reassure her patients. Her personal interest in my well-being has made all the difference. Thank you for treating me with individual care and attention. Her surgical nurse Caitlin is also very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. She's always there to answer my questions and to guve emotional support. I feel blessed to have Dr Croll and surgical nurse Caitlin overseeing m y surgery.

It was a very needed appointment and she set up a plan for me to follow which saved my vision! I was told previously by another eye doctor that no plan or treatment would help me.Can’t say enough about Dr. Croll. She is very dedicated and listens to your concerns. She really lifted my spirits!Truly, she’s the best!

Stephanie Croll has doctored to my eyes for over 40 years. She has been exemplary in caring for my eye sight over those years. I have received superior eye care in all those years. I recommend her without reservation to anyone who may need eye care.

Liked Dr. Kroll immediately. She was professional and listened to the problem I was having with my eye that had cataract surgery by another surgeon. She took time to listen and tell me options and maybe why I was having problems with the multifocal lens that was installed. She explained that why this lense worked for my wife but maybe not as well for me as we started out in different places. The contrast between her and my previous doctor was stark. That doctor was a competent surgeon but had NO people skills and dismissed my unhappiness with my post surgery eyesight as nothing and it would probably get better over time...it hasn't. Dr. Kroll sensed that I was reluctant to have the other eye done and but that actually having the second eye done might improve the situation because with multifocal lenses 1 plus 1 instead of adding up to 2 really will add up to more like 3. If I have the other eye done I will definitely have it done by Dr. Kroll. Highly recommend.

Dr. Croll has been my ophthalmologist for about 20 years or more. She is always attentive, professional, and compassionate. Her staff is awesome, as well. Because of my referral, she is, also, my husband, mother, and other family members eye doctor. We all think she is great.
