I thought she was great!
Her bedside manner was fantastic. She listened attentively to my concerns; answered my questions; and was exactly what I was looking for in a new doctor!

Dr. Grossman was rude and terse during the appointment. She began the appointment by fat shaming me due to body fat percentage (I am 5’ tall and 107lbs). She proceeded to tell me that I needed to workout more and change my diet before asking me about my workout routine or my diet. She fat shamed for around ten minutes, then finally got around to examining my body. Upon examination, she noted that she did not feel a lot of fat. She suggested ignore the very data she used to fat shame me! Seems like we could have avoided that unpleasant exchange. By the end of the appointment I felt shut down and ashamed. Frankly, her care felt unethical and dangerous. Would absolutely never recommend. Worst doctor experience I’ve ever had! And by far the most expensive. She loves to talk and refuses to listen. Seems uninterested and overworked.

I've been seeing Dr. Grossman for several years, and she has done a lot to help with my epilepsy and Ehlers Danlos symptoms.

100% agree with the other reviewer. I waited an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time only to be chastised by Dr. Grossman for asking a question at the end of my visit. I have never had a doctor treat me this way. She also changed/discontinued many of the supplements I was taking (that had been recommended to me by Dr. Bhatia, the founder of the clinic) and upon my return visit 3 months later (not with her) I found out that my hormones were completely out of balance again.

Dr. Grossman was rude and refused to treat me. She was totally unprofessional.Overpriced and overated!!! I've never had a doctor walk out of the room and find her manager and sulk. I never heard from or saw Dr. Grossman again. I got my money back for the visit. I had a bladder infection and she would not even treat me. I will never go back to Dr. Bhatia's clinic again. She is overworked. I waited over an hour to see her which is typical for this office. And by the way I am an RN/APRN.
