Writing this review makes me very sad. I was a patient of Dr. Knapps when I was young and my children were also patients of hers recently. We have had a relationship with this practice for over 30 years! However, the front office, particularly Kathy who is in charge, is horrific! They have been notoriously awful for decades but people put up with them because the doctors are wonderful however it’s starting to not be worth it. Recently, I was accused of not showing up to an appointment that I had scheduled. I had canceled the appointment but they didn’t record it. They charged me $50 after 30 years of never having an issue. I called to explain there was a mistake and they were so obnoxious and rude and told me that I can’t even bring my children there anymore. After 30 years I didn’t even get a phone call from the doctor to explain that I had done nothing wrong. I can Afford a $50 co-pay but I felt that since I had called to cancel I should not have to pay it. Shame :(
