The staff is friendly and the doctor was great and kind as well. I had the Petals procedure for lichen sclerosis and it saved my marriage and was a game changer for me! Anyone dealing with this problem knows how awful it can be and how few options there are to treat it! Dr Molden is a Godsend.

I had a disappointing experience with this provider. I paid $3,000 for a 20-minute anal skin tag removal with a laser, but despite using anesthesia cream, I experienced significant pain. In my opinion, the med spa felt outdated, and the atmosphere seemed to cater to an older clientele(seniors). Nothing about this place aligned with my expectations for a modern facility. The results were not as expected, and the provider offered to redo the procedure. However, scheduling was challenging, and after months of follow-ups trying to get an appointment, I was finally offered an appointment but was told I would need to pay an additional $2,000 to address the issue. This brought the total cost close to that of major surgical procedures. The situation caused delays in my personal plans, financial strain, and emotional stress. Due to my bad experience, I would never return to this provider.

Great office and experience from start to finish. I had the laser skin tag procedure and am so happy I did. I finally feel confident about myself and no longer worry about that area! I don't understand some of these negative reviews. Everything was top notch.

I wrote a review which the owner took down once. Bottom line is that you can see the negative reviews and the disgusting, egotistical response from this so called doctor. Having PTSD, TBI, and trying to advocate for myself makes me more vulnerable. The morning I went, I was treated so horribly the office manager actually had me come in her office but then humiliated me after telling me the weren’t treating me. Nothing deserved that treatment when you are seeking medical help, especially from women helping women. The staff is rude, dehumanizing, and egotistical. Dr. Molden seems to have a god complex. When I called to schedule elsewhere, they already knew what doctor I was coming from because the have a lot of their former patients. That says a lot that patients would rather drive 25-40 minutes vs. seeing this specialist.

I felt very comfortable and like I was in good hands with Dr Molden and her staff. Everyone was kind and surgery went well and as everything was explained prior.

This is one of the nicest offices I have been to. My care and surgery went great and I am happy I went here.

She disrespected other medical issues I have...arguing with me about them even though it's not her area of medicine. Very, very rude. Stay away

I was referred for Pelvic floor therapy by my urologist due to IC. As Dr Molden's website boasts she is supposed to be a premier miracle worker for women with urological and/or gynecological issues, I wanted to see the best. I even waited 3 months to be able to get on to their schedule after the initial consultation - which, mind you, you only ever actually see the Nurse Practitioners. In my multiple visits, I never once saw the actual Dr even in the building. In the long run, I was scheduled for multiple weeks of treatments which I was assured would be safe, only to be charged for visits and procedures that weren't even performed. And the cherry on top, to find out the procedure isn't even safe for someone with my medical conditions. Could have literally stopped my heart, but was assured for months that it would be perfectly safe. Contrary to her fancy website and office full of posters of herself, she is no TOP DOC in my opinion.

I called the office and told them that I needed an annual and pap. They made me an appt. for 1pm and told me to come 15 minutes early. I got there at 12:45 to find out they were at lunch. Sat there until 1:05 when they finally called me up to the window. I then had to sign forms and wait while they made copies of cards. I finally get to go back to the exam room at 1:20 only to find out that they don't do gyn exams.........are you kidding me!! Then I barely got an apology.

Beware and go here at your OWN risk! I initially called their billing department trying to resolve a bill. Yet I mind you, I've been calling them for the past month, leaving multiple messages, trying to reach someone. No one has ever contacted me back! I finally get someone on the phone today (they were rude), and I expressed my concerns about me trying to reach them. The guy was nonchalant and ignored me while proceeding to verify my information. After me asking if he is going to address my concerns, he asked "what would I like him to do". Fast forwarding he looked at my profile and told me that they called me on October 12, 2021 and left a vm. LIES! I don't even have a vm set up on my phone so it's impossible to reach a vm!!!! I hung up with him and decided to reach the office to resolve my bill, and GINA the wannabe manager, told me that I owed an additional balance because of a no show. So I'm explaining to her how I canceled my upcoming appointments, and she's busy telling me how

Dr. Molden helped me and listened to me while having a great manner about her. I would highly recommend her.

I looked a long time for a surgeon to treat my uterine/bladder prolapse. As a Registered Nurse of 40 years, I know my way around the block and can pick a "good one" almost by instinct. I traveled some distance to Dr. Molden, but it was well worth it. I was immediately at ease with her, loved the staff, and St. Mary's hospital where the subsequent surgery took place was wonderful. Dr. Stephanie and the entire team treated me with respect and one nurse assured me of the procedure as she had it done there, as well. It helped to have both the doctor's input and a patient's view. Dr. Molden and her team were professional and reassuring in answering my questions and discussing my concerns. Their follow up was equally professional. I researched several practices before I committed to this one. If I could give more stars, I would! Ladies, If you are experiencing any pelvic issues, make the appointment for your consultation. You will regret not handling it sooner. I got my life back and have never looked back.

Dr Molden has given me my life back and I couldn’t be happier. I am doing really well now and highly recommend for prolapse surgery. The staff has always been caring and pleasant! They all helped to calm my fears bfore my surgery .

Fabulous, holistic doctor. She is able to make sense of very complex conditions and find solutions. She has helped many women with chronic pain find relief.
