Recently moved here from Tennessee where healthcare is awesome. Have tried to make an appointment with Dr. Paolini several times. Cannot get past Tamara.....she is so incredibly rude! Will not help me at all. My previous neurologist office has sent a referral, they have everything they need to make an appointment for me and flat out won't. I have moved several times and have dealt with several neurologist offices and I have never experienced anything like this!!! Healthcare should be just that...caring about ones health. I need to see a neurologist for my health and with Tamara at the gate I can't!

Dr. Paolini is new but don't let that stop you from seeing her. She is lovely, patient, knowledgeable, and gives you hope when you have none. I can only hope she stays in the Pittsburgh Area.
