Unprofessional & incompetent
Sarrat’s office is utterly incompetent with nurse practitioner ordering incorrect prescription medication, failing to order proper test for patient, telling patient one thing while documenting the opposite on a diagnosis etc etc. Don’t know if Sarrat even knows what is going on. Decisions are left for staff to make at times where it seems Sarrat had no input .. or maybe that is how she wants the office run ??? Nurse practitioner’s assistance reaching out to “my lady” is unprofessional, to say the lease. This is not a good fit for me, I will reach out to professionals in the future for my care.
