What a phenomenal and caring doctor. She made me feel comfortable, I felt “seen”, and not at all rushed. Dr. Smith-Sham was very thorough and did a great job of researching my medical history before seeing me. I was highly impressed and would highly recommend her for anyone who needs a patient, knowledgeable, expert in the field. She even recommended experts who can help with issues I’ve had in different areas. Couldn’t be more thankful to have met her.

Dr. Sham is the sweetest most caring doctor I’ve ever been to. I was pretty nervous about the procedure she was going to do on me but she was so kind and warm and explained everything with such great detail and care. She is very attentive and answered all of my concerns. She has the best bedside manner and I highly recommend her to anyone.

I loved everything about my experience with Dr. Smith-Sham. She is seriously so sweet, and I very much enjoyed every visit I had with her. The staff is very friendly and I felt like I was treated like family. I cannot thank her enough for her care during my first pregnancy!

If I could leave zero stars I would. The MD is great...but her staff are terrible. Also you can NEVER reach anyone. I have left message after message and never get a call back. I am trying to resolve a billing issue...I tried a year ago to go on-site and I was referred to a phone number and they could not help me on-site. Then I sent my detailed information to the "billing service" over and over and NEVER got any sort of response. This better not hit my credit! I have my EOBs and everything I need to show I have paid what I owe and cannot get anyone to work with me or call me back. I will try to go in person again....

Dr. Smith-Sham is an amazing doctor. She takes her time and explains everything to you, and if you have any questions or doubts she will make sure she answers all your questions. I feel so comfortable with her and her staff. I'm 7 months pregnant and have been going to her office for awhile now. I can't for her to deliver my baby.

I was impressed with my experience at this doctor’s office from my first visit and I never was disappointed. Dr. Smith-Sham is all I could have hoped for a gynecologist. For three years she has been always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. I’ve consulted many doctors in my life, but very seldom could find one as knowledgeable, accommodating, and concerned as Dr. Smith-Sham. She cares about patients! I am grateful.

Dr. Smith Sham does not return phone calls. I have left three messages this week because I need a birth control prescription and I cannot get a return phone call. Her staff also will not allow me to make an appointment. I went in to have Nexplanon (the implant in your arm) removed. She couldn't do it and seems adverse to that form of birth control. I think providers should be fairly neutral. She wanted me to go off birth control which is unreasonable because I do not want to get pregnant.
