Don't trust his ability or ethics
I had Achilles tendonitis for years. Went to Brigido. He 100% guaranteed he could fix it with an Achilles tendon release. I agreed to the operation. After the operation (which Brigido said was a success) and weeks of physical therapy at Coordinated Health, it was obvious I could not walk properly. I could not go on the balls of my feet. My calves atrophied. Then I had back problems. He continued to claim the surgeries were a success. It wasn't until i went to another doctor who explained that whenever you do a tendon release you lose strength. In my case Brigido was too aggressive and went too far, but he never explained that was a possibility and never explained that's what happened. To this day I cannot walk properly. I have foot, leg and back pain. Brigido is either incompetent, a liar, or both. Since I've heard numerous similar poor outcomes from others treated by him, and also by other doctors, I believe he is both incompetent AND a liar. I would never go to him or CH again.

Bunion surgery
One star is generous. Surgery and outcome was poor. Have constant pain and within year he said bones were moving again

He messed up my feet badly. Never told me he was cutting down my big toes and leaving screws in my feet. I had nothing but pain for 2 yrs, kept saying I could wear any shoe I wanted, yet injected my foot with steroids. So, after he stalled so the statute of limitations ran out, he knew I couldn't sue because he had no clue. Said I had a neuroma he could cut out. Told by a specialist never a neuroma. I didn't need bunionectomy. It was my metatarsals. Still have don't trust him. Go somewhere else.

Like other reviewers on this site, I too had a routine surgery done on my heel my Dr. Brigido developed into an infection. He denied the infection for an entire year, until I was finally diagnosed with Osteomylitis and found another surgeon who was able to remove much of the infected heel bone, surroundings tissue and Achilles tendon. In short, stay far, far away from this doctor. His level of incompetency and the fact that he is still practicing is terrifying.

Will never step "foot" in any coordinated health office again! Barely looked at my foot and told me to go to therapy no need to come back if I felt better....then I got bill for visit on top of copay...when I questioned they so oh that must have been mistake you don't have to pay that... Then I do go to my 2nd which was erroneously cancelled but I called back and made sure they had it and fixed told me they were done for the day and couldn't see me! The doctor was standing 10 feet from me!

I had many surgeries throughout my life, and this was the worst ever.Bedside manner and demeanor and arrogant nature of his personal character I could of handled,if my surgery and treatment was successful however from the beginning my ordeal was an EPIC FAIL!Not only did I lose my job,my ability to walk, my income, and my everyday ability to walk without pain,I was treated by an incompetent fellowship, got an infection, and even though I was not healing, he denied it all! Disgrace! He ruined my life

Had an awful experience with Dr. Brigido. He performed a bunionectomy on me which failed after only 6 WEEKS after surgery. Not only did the surgery fail, but my foot also became infected. When I went back to him he denied the infection. Went to another Dr (different practice) who immediately performed a second surgery on my foot because of the infection and found out that I had osteomyelitis (infection in the bone)! Was hospitalized for days and off of my foot for months after!
