My husband sees him and the doctor is ok but he gets the prescription messed up every year. He uses express scripts and needs a 90 day supply allowing generic. It's the same price for 30, 60, 90. So we want 90 day. My husband tells him in the appointment that he needs 90 day. By next day Express scripts has it. It's only 30 day. He canceled that and called Crystal Hall, his nurse. He explains the issue and says she'll send it to the doctor. Weeks go by no order. He calls ES, didn't get anything. He calls Crystal back, she said she send it 5 days ago. Nope just got off the phone with them. She says she'll resend it. Telling her again 90 days allow generic. Today, a month later, ES shows 60 day. We went through this same phone tag last year. He's switching to a different doctor because this is ridiculous.

Dr. Cavanah is by far the most thorough doctor I’ve ever had! He spent over an hour asking me questions about my medical history. He was very helpful in explaining things to me and took very extensive detailed notes. He seemed to completely understand how to properly treat me and I have complete faith that I’m in good hands. Thank you to his nurse for being so friendly, sweet and clear with the details too.

I found him arrogant, condescending and dismissive. Started off by telling me he didn't want to hear my symptoms. Spent five minutes looking at me and the rest of the hour long appt. looking at the computer screen. One appointment was enough.
