We saw Dr. Conley for the first time today and were very impressed with him entirely including his bedside manner. I was concerned after reading some of his reviews but now have no doubt he was a great choice for our daughter's ENT. He took time to explain our options and answer all our questions. I was very impressed with his gentle approach and calming demeanor when examining our daughter. She is not so welcoming with doctors. I highly recommend him! Thanks Dr. Conley!

Excellent doctor that knows exactly what he is talking about. I really like the fact that he puts his patient's first (in this case my daughter). For example, we needed a post operation appointment exactly 1 month after TNA surgery and he fit us in even though he was fully scheduled. He really cares about the well being about all his patients. If you want someone who will get the job done the right way, I would recommend Dr. Conley. His track record speaks for itself.

He said my girls would qualify for surgery. I began researching him and only found negative reviews, which concerned me. The thing I noticed was that none of the reviews really said anything about his work (surgery, treatment) just his bedside manner. I can tell you after working in the hospital for 15+ years....I don't care about bedside manner. I care about experience. He did an excellent job with my twins during their surgery yesterday. Excellent doctor, just look at his credentials.

Our child has relatively common illness (per Dr. Conley) that is surprisingly difficult to research. But let me tell you.... I have questions, and it's my right to know in LAYMAN TERMS what is happening and what is going to happen with my child. His bedside manner leaves much to be desired. When he has surgery day, though (we've had three!), he's as giddy as a kid at Christmas. I have full confidence in him then, but not in the everyday work. Getting a second opinion next week!

He was submissive to my questions which he didn't even allow me time to ask. He was 30 mins late to the appt and was clearly in a hurry. He didn't try to warm up to my child at all and just held him down for the examine. I am an advanced practice nurse with over 10 years experience and would never reccomend him and will not be returning to him.

Rude, insensitive, cocky, gosh I can't find one positive word to describe this doctor. Horrible experience(s)! Refused to network with other departments to figure out a solution for our child's problem. Had he have made one call we would have avoided a surgery. We are so glad to have switched ENTs. It's no secret that Dr. Conley is beyond difficult. The mystery is why on earth he works with Children.
