DONT GO!!!
Went here for almost 3 years and did their IOP program initially, first of all, Hannah the head of the IOP program is amazing but they run her ragged there and do not appreciate her at all, the other providersdoctors in the office are super arrogant and power trip. They are not in the least bit interested in learning anything from their patients themselves, and they all look down upon their IOP patients like they are beneath them and they don’t know anything and what they have to say doesn’t matter. I asked to come back to the office 2 years later JUST for the IOP program because that, the front desk staff, and Hannah are the only good things there and I was not allowed to unless I also did my medication management as well back over to the office which I refused. I have seen a couple of patients have just IOP there before but I guess since I have disagreed with Dr. N before it’s blown up in my face because once you do you always pay for it and that’s why I left there..

Dr Cunningham is always prepared for our appointment. Again, he does not rush our appointment and explains everything.

Caring physician
Dr Cunningham recently evaluated our adult son with multiple diagnoses and alcohol abuse. He took time not only to understand our son’s problems and make him feel heard and understood but also took time with my husband and me at our son’s request. Our first impression is that he understood our son’s difficulties and needs and made plans for appropriate treatment.

Medicine is provided based on an individual need I think we can all agree on that! No 2 people are alike and therefore their needs completely different! This man has made his own rule regarding what every patient at the practice can be prescribed!!! How can a physician who has never met me, looked at my chart, doesn't know me from Adam tell my actual prescriber what and how much they can prescribed me? I think he has some mental health issues that need to be addressed!

He is the only doctor I have ever talked to and his responses were all just boilerplate. He did not listen or analyze my personal situation and the whole facility just pushes therapy even after they purport not to.

I was seeing him for 4 months and everything was fine. Then he forgot what meds I was taking. The fifth time seeing him he didn’t like me taking a medication that was helping me. I was seeing him for 4 months. All of a sudden out of the blue, he was upset with one med that he had been giving me 4 months earlier. He said he forgot. He cares more about being right than what is best for his patient. He didn’t care and he was not professional. He is not flexible and not willing to do what is best for his patient.

I saw Dr. Cunningham for 9 months. He was truly terrible to me. He has no empathy and is arrogant with a God complex. He had one path of treating me which left me with a physical disorder and didn't even care. He would not listen to me when I tried to explain my symptoms and beg for help. If I wouldn't go on his only path which was going to take many months of virtually no assistance then he would not prescribe any medications.

I saw Dr Cunningham when he was a fairly new psychiatrist from 2009 to 2011. He was very understanding about my depression and very patient and understanding about me having my toddler son with me at our appointments. He was a great guy and I have yet to find another doctor that I trust that way. He had a colleague, Lisa Cowan, who was my therapist and together they were the best for my mental health.
