Horrible communications
I’ve been trying to find out if I have an appointment scheduled to take stitches out. Also, I have some itching in my leg which is driving me crazy and I really wanted to see the doctor. I called multiple times and I’ve never gotten to speak to anybody all I ever get is an answering machine and they never call me back. i’m uncomfortable with my leg and I really want these stitches taken care of and I can’t get in touch with the doctor. Most of the time he will only do one thing per visit, which is very annoying. Don’t know if he’s doing that to make more money or what but in this case I’m going to make it very clear. I need to see him now.. I don’t care how good a doctor he is there others around here that are just as good and maybe you can get in touch with them.

Best Dermatologist in Marin!
Dr. Dalton is an amazing dermatologist! He helped me with the stubborn acne I had dealt with for years and listened to all my questions and concerns. He is great at explaining all the options and truly wants the best for all his patients. He is such a compassionate and caring physician, I am so lucky to have found him! Plus, he has been doing cosmetic injections on me for years and has done an outstanding job!

Dr Dalton is inconsiderate and incompetent.
Dr Dalton is inconsiderate and incompetent. His pre-op explanation of the outcome was completely false and his stitching created a scar twice as big as it should have been. He then charged me $80 for a 10min post op visit to discuss the mistake he made and displayed zero empathy, no compassion and wouldn't even acknowledge his part of creating the issue.

I'm a doctor from Cincinnati and developed a bad case of poison oak while vacationing in Novoto. Of all the dermatology practices that I could've chosen, I am most happy with this office and would highly recommend it to anyone. It is clean, the staff and nurses are friendly and professional and Dr. Dalton in my opinion is extremely competent, listens to his patients and will exceed your expectations and satisfaction.
