Rude and condescending

Unfortunately my visit was an awful one. Wondering where was the professionalism, education, hospitality, and empathy. Mr Daquino was very dismissive and rude. He didn’t show concern at all. In the middle of my virtual visit he constantly interrupted me and then said I was yelling at him only to hang up after I waited 2.5 hrs to be seen. Run.
