Excellent care
Excellent care by Dr Eyler. His staff was professional and very pleasant. The appointment was efficient yet very thorough. Dr. Eyler explained the problems that he saw and made a referral to a specialist. I understood clearly what he observed and why the specialist was necessary.

Annual Eye Exam
The exam went smoothly. The office is well organized, and the staff is professional and courteous. Dr. Eyler‘s assistant performed a significant amount of the initial examination. Tricia was very thorough and professional while performing the initial eye exam. Dr. Eyler’s perform the final steps of the exam and summarize the results. He was courteous and professional as he concisely communicated the relevant points of the exam. I was pleased with how the whole process was performed.

Illinois Eye Care is great !

Excellent service
Dr Eyler explained my several eye conditions simply and clearly. He told me I could go to an optometrist elsewhere next year as medical care is not presently needed. He also said I didn't need new glasses. Such honesty was much appreciated

great eye doctor
Dr Eyler is very professional, yet friendly, and has really cared about me as a patient. I found out I had a cataract in my eye, which was rather surprising. But Dr Eyler explained things and put me at ease during my consultation. He took the time to answer all my questions. I am very happy with the results of my cataract surgery and recommend Dr Eyler to anyone who needs this procedure.

Some concerns
I arrived at the office for my appt. and didn't have to wait too long (10-15 minutes). After my eye exam and eye dilation. the nurse/assistant left. I waited 45 minutes for the doctor to come in. He seemed in a bit of a hurry, and spoke quickly. I thought I heard him say not to read too much, so asked him about it. He said I could read anything and as much as I wanted. It sounded a little condescending/sarcastic to me. I mean, I'm the one who waited patiently for 45 minutes. I hope I'm wrong, or misread his meaning. Dr Pete was my previous MD, and was kind, patient, and explained everything in detail. He recommended Dr Eyler, so I trust he made the right decision for me....
