Dr. Galizio saved my life!! Literally! Thank you!!
He was my PC several yrs ago and advised me to insist on having a ct scan on my lungs as a former smoker. A very small nodule was found on my recent lung scan. So small a biopsy isn’t possible. After seeing specialists l am waiting to have surgery to remove it. If l hadn’t followed his advise by the time a chest X-ray showed it l might nor be alive. I can’t that’ll him enough. He saved my life and l will never forget him!! Thank you Dr. Galizio

I've been going to this office for over 10 years. I think Dr. G has a wonderful personality and is also very knowledgeable. He is very thorough about getting to the bottom of issues. Barbara is a great addition to the office. I feel like she jump through hoops for their patients. I never want to go elsewhere.

Inefficient office staff
I like my NP however the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. It takes days to get a refill which I believe is unacceptable. If the NP isn’t in the office they can’t take care of a refill for some unknown reason. Searching elsewhere for another cardiologist.

No i would not reccomend this office. Deeply disappointed in this office and staff. They do not take the time to care for their patients.. It starts with answering the phone and returning calls when a patient is released from the hospital and has to come in for a follow up. Impossible. Even the hospital couldnt reach the doctor when my father was admitted for a heart attack. it takes days to get thru to this office and then when my father gets his appt he is examined and prescribed medicine he doesnt need and ends up with an infection. Luckily we have Mass General with the best doctors and the place we will be from now on and where my father was admitted after this office didnt take the time to listen or care.. If youre that busy hire the right people and assistants. This is someones life that depends on it. Unacceptable!

I have been a patient of Dr. Stephen Galizio for several years. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking a doctor with an A+ bedside manner. He is as professional as they come. He spends whatever time is needed to listen and has tremendous empathy towards his patients. Dr. Galizio is extremely attentive and I am grateful he is my PCP. He understands what makes a great doctor and puts his patients first.

Neglect of care for my grandfather with evaluating his cardiac situation wasn't an emergency sitautaion when indeed it was; I will never reccomend his care to anyone. My papa shortly after had a triple bypass surgery in boston no help to dr. Galizio.

I felt like I was bothering him, his bed side manner needs improvement . The exam seemed short not complete. He commented that I should be seeing him twice a year. So I wonder is it my responseablity to make the appointments or there's, I believe it's there's. I'm searching for a new doctor.
