Dr. Stephen Liederbach, MD

I had only seen Dr. Liederbach once. I called him again because my blood pressure was through the roof. He got me in within a day, was so compassionate and listened to everything going on in my current extremely stressful life. I was already taking heart medicine and knew I needed to be on bp medicine. I have no insurance and many doctors won’t take you without insurance. My old doc passed years ago and I have been without needed medicine for years. They let me pay cash thankfully. I believe I was on the verge of having a stroke or a heart attack and after he increased my dosage of heart meds and prescribed my old bp medicine I feel night and day different. I know I still have a way to go but am confident that with Dr. Liederbach in my corner I am on the mend. I can not recommend him enough. He is a wonderful doctor. I sincerely believe that he is saving my life and hopefully very soon I will regain some semblance of my old life! I am beyond grateful to Dr. Liederbach!

He's very professional, a good listener, and he also takes into consideration what you want in regards to your healthcare.

Dr L has been a Godsend! He has restored my belief that there are still Drs out there who listen & strive to understand & believe what their patients are saying. After years of dealing with Drs who didn't believe me about the pain & other problems I was experiencing, the final breaking point was a primary care NP who let me suffer because she didn't believe what I was saying. Out of desperation I sought a new Dr and found him. I'm feeling better and no longer dread Dr appts. Thanks Dr L!

Started out as a good choice, as I was new to Wilmington area. However and as of now, there will be a new physician in my near future. I expressed my concern in how he dealt with my recent illness, I was to talked down to. Not acceptable. No longer my MD!

Poor bedside manner. Does not explain reason for tests or results adequately. Treats others very rudely.

If you can combine a Doctor who is brilliant, along with a Doctor who has the bedside manner of a saint, and a Doctor you can truly trust your life with, well then you have started to describe Dr. Liederbach. This Dr. is the most wonderful man you could happen to be lucky enough to find. His staff Ericka and his wife Linda are also the sweetest staff you can ever want. But back to Dr. L. There just isnt enough room to tell you what a great Dr. You could only be lucky to join this practice!!!
