Dr. Stephen Mendelson, MD

I have never experienced a more sub par performance by a so called medical professional at any level let alone someone purporting to be a medical doctor and surgeon. Not only did his treatment fail in remedying my presenting condition, it actually exacerbated it! Adding insult to injury, when I returned to see him a few days later because of the unsuccessful outcome I was left waiting in the examination room for one and a half hours all while I overheard him joking around with other patients in other examination rooms. The walls of his examination rooms are, by the way, paper thin. While I am not a medical professional I do hold two Master's Degrees as well as a Doctorate in my field of expertise. Upon introducing himself to me the first words out of his mouth were 'I'm a prankster'. Now I know I should have taken him at his word and departed then and there. I write this more as a warning than a review.

Very thorough and took his time. He was very compassionate and gave me many options.

They listen and provide options. Received relief with injection. Waiting for pre-approval for knee injections which have worked great. They are professionals personable. Always receive great treatment.

He was caring and he really listened to me. He made me feel very comfortable. I was pleased with his assessment of my condition.

I had Right Hip replacement surgery. It was my 2 year follow up appointment. Through my whole experience, Dr Mendelsohn listened to my concerns, conveyed his findings then presented my options and answered all my questions thoroughly. Plus, added some comfort by lending some lightness and humor to his bedside manor. My surgery went well, and I am pain free and at 2 years, everything looks and feels great. Excellent Doctor and Surgeon.

Dr. Mendelson was straight forward and to the point with a side of humor informed me that I needed a double hip replacement. Took time to explain the surgery and answer all my questions and concerns. Also informed me that I have Mendelsons disease (bald head)! Looking forward to my new hips!!

I first visited this clinic in 2018. Dr Stephen Mendleson performed a partial knee replacement on my right knee. I was terrified before hand. I had a meniscus tear a few years prior and was treated at another clinic. The recovery from that surgery was extremely painful. Not long after I was told by that clinic that I would need a total knee replacement. When I switched over to Dr Mendelsons clinic he told me that a total replacement was not necessary and that a partial one would work. I asked him about doing radio frequency ablation first because I had read that it would alleviate some of the post surgery pain. He listened and agreed that he would do the procedure. I couldn't believe the difference in the pain levels from the two surgeries. I had bone cut out and artificial parts put in during the partial replacement and was cleaning my house the next day! This clinic is the best. Schedule an appointment. You won't be sorry!

For my first visit I would say that everyone was nice professional and courteous. He gave me a motivational speech which I found encouraging cuz he saw that I looked defeated. When the insurance company treats you like garbage and they're supposed to be on your side and you going through the pain of injury so fighting the pain of injury and your insurance company at the same time is a very defeating feeling. So I appreciate it everything that he said and he was very professional and said that we would get everything under control so I can lead a better happier life.

Not only would I trust Dr. Mendelson with my health, I trust him with my son's health, which perhaps says even more. Dr. Mendelson is knowledgeable, has a wonderful sense of humor, a great bedside manner, and a thoughtful clinical approach -- this coming from a physician myself. He was also willing to go the extra mile to help my son obtain a knee immobilizer when I experienced insurance related delays.

The visit was on time and no waiting and Dr. Mendelson was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel like he really cared and took his time and answered all my questions. He also told a joke to lighten up the nervousness from seeing a new Doctor for the first time. His staff was very friendly and helpful.

He's very knowledgeable and also has a charming bedside manner. I have recommended him to friends on many occasions, and they have always been happy with their visits.

Explained my MRI results well and listened to me. I liked that. He was willing to take a conservative approach with physical therapy first before talking about surgery. It felt comfortable and I felt heard.

I was a bit early for my appointment. I signed in early. I was called back to take an X-ray immediately. After the x-ray I was escorted to the Exam room. Dr. Mendelssohn went over my x-ray with me, addresses my concerns and answered all my questions.
