Dr. Miller is a great hand surgeon!
I was referred to Dr. Miller by my physical therapi. I was suffering from horrible pain in my right hand that would keep me awake at night due to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I met with Dr. Miller and he recommended Carpal Tunnel surgery as I had had cortisone shots and physical therapy and it did not help. He explained the procedure and my possible outcomes and we quickly scheduled the surgery. It's been over 3 months since my surgery and the use and the strength of my hand is 99% back to normal and getting better everyday. Dr. Miller is a great doctor, great bedside manner and his office staff is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Miller!

Outstanding Treatment & Superior Customer Service
During my last visit with my wife to Dr. Miller's Office, he demonstrated the utmost professionalism, medical knowledge and expertise regarding his treatment of my wife hand's injury. He went beyond all expectations to ensure that my wife received the best possible care to treat her injury including personally contacting other experts, setting appointments and reaching out to us from his cell phone during out of office hours to make sure my wife received the best treatment possible in a timely manner. His genuine concern for my wife wellbeing, in my opinion, sets the standard for other Drs. to follow. I would recommend Dr. Miller to anyone without any reservations. If you need a hands Dr. call his office asap, you'll be glad you did.

My experience with Dr. Miller was very positive. He took the time to explain everything that was to be expected before and after surgery. He was very carrying and made me feel very relaxed and confident about the surgery. It’s only being 4 weeks and I feel great! I highly recommend him!!!! I am very happy with my results. Everyone in the office is friendly and very professional.

Too bad staff is not properly trained
I the moment I made the appointment to see Dr. Miller, I provided my insurance information. Apparently, the staff never bothered to verify the plan benefits. At appointment time, I was asked for a referral from my doctor. I provided the office with the insurance card, plan benefits summary in writing and asked them to call the insurance company. My plan does not require a referral. After completing all paperwork in the office, I was asked for $250.00 upfront because I did not have a written referral. I called the insurance company myself and verified that a referral was not required. I had to leave without seeing the doctor. Very poor patient interaction. Will never visit the office again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Miller's for a few years. My last surgery by him was performed 2 months ago, and as with my other procedures, Dr. Miller's experience and surgical skills produced excellent results. Not to mention his bedside manner. Office staff is courteous and efficient. Would highly recommend this practice

My treatment by Dr. Miller has been a wonderful experience. I had a severe case of carpal tunnel syndrome. He was been straight forward with the diagnosis and prognosis, his skill and technique has led not only to a quick recovery, but he is an artist as to no noticeable scaring...almost looks like plastic surgery!

I went to see Dr. Miller for help with a painful trigger finger. He is an upbeat, friendly person with an efficient office. I appreciated his full explanation and evaluation of the issue, and his knowledgeable, conservative approach. He is not one to rush into the most extreme treatment until less drastic measures are explored first. Fortunately for me, while splinting did not help, a cortisone injection did and I was able to avoid surgery.

I don’t know how this doctor has so many good reviews. I went to see him because my elbows and wrist hurt really bad. My one and only visit he seemed to be in a hurry and told me that he was confused on what I might have given my age (I’m on my mid 30s). He left me in the room to “go think more about it” in his office. He comes back with 2 “compression sleeves for my elbows” literally it’s tube socks with some light padding and 2 different types of wrist braces- 1 for day and 1 for night. Tells me to wear them everyday and that he wants me to do a carpal tunnel test, elbow X-ray and stop all activities until we can figure out what it is.I go to leave and each tube sock is $20 and each wrist brace is $40. I only got 1 brace because I already had one. I did the X-ray and the carpal tunnel test - the technician who did it told me I didn’t have anything. And I never heard from Dr. Miller or his office ever again. Money hungry doctor that’s all he is.

Dr. Miller is the best doctor and human! He treats you like he has known you his entire life, and goes above and beyond what any doctor has done for me. He’s a professional and very knowledgeable person. Years ago Dr. Miller rehabilitated my hand to be fully functional so when I had a growth on my hand as a result of a new injury , I called Dr. Miller’s friendly office and within two business days, I was in his office being seen by this amazing person. That day, he recommended surgery, and two days later, performed miracle work. After surgery, he suggested specialists and he himself called to ensure I had a specialist appointment immediately. He saw to it that I was seen due the severity of the situation. I 100% recommend him to anyone who needs hand surgery or has issues with their hands!

I went to Dr. Miller with problems with arthritis in my thumbs about three months ago. After a long wait, I was taken to x-ray and then brought to a room. After another 20 minute wait, Dr. Miller came into the room and announced "you have severe arthritis in your thumbs" and was given a brochure for a type of brace. He turned around and left less than two minutes later. He NEVER even came over to look at my hands, sitting across the room. I had to run after him to ask a question and he was annoyed I was delaying him. I bought the expensive braces which were useless. I needed a report from Dr. Miller to submit the brace claim to medicare and was sent a report saying he did all kinds of tests on my hands. A complete lie. I am considering letting Medicare know how he made a claim for services not performed.
