I had a forehead reduction along with upper and lower eyelids. The whole recovery process took about 6 months and this office and doctor took me throught the whole process. I would highly recommend this Surgeon.

Great doctor. Great staff. Great experience. Dr. Paulsen is kind and professional. He takes the time to explain every aspect of the procedure. Never in a rush or in a hurry and even encouraged my wife to also ask questions. Communication was excellent both before and after the procedure. The post op appointments are another big reason I’m so impressed with Tulsa Plastic Surgery Associates of Tulsa. The follow ups are conducted with same level of care and concern. The entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable every single time I walked into the office. I highly recommend Dr. Paulsen, Judy, Sarah and Tonya. This is a great team!

Dr. Paulsen removed my painful, hard, 24-year-old breast implants that had capsular contractors. He listened to my concerns and fears leading up to surgery, and carefully discussed the procedure and healing process. His assistants were always so kind and helpful. Dr. Paulsen performed excellent surgery, and I am once again comfortable hugging tightly without embarrassment from my chest 'rocks'. Clothes fit much better. Though once afraid of the outcome after surgery, I couldn't be happier with the appearance of my natural small chest. Even at the age of 60, the sagging is minimal and natural. Thank you, Dr. Paulsen! You made me so happy!

Dr Paulsen was recommended by my MD as the BEST, and I agree! Dr Paulsen did a facelift, neck lift, and eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty). The whole experience was easy and minimal pain and fast healing. I am 69 and needed from genetics and sun damage. The staff and Dr Paulsen didn’t laugh at my age and were great and encouraging! Price is right, too! I highly recommend!

Dr Paulsen & staff were great all thru the process of my eyelid surgery! Needed upper blepharoplasty & chose to do lower at the same time. From initial consult thru post op checks he & office handled everything timely & with professionalism answering all questions. Results are very good & eyes are open with hooding gone, yet look very natural not pulled!

Dr. Paulsen and his entire staff from front desk to surgery are the best! I had eyelid surgery with not an issue at all. I healed with bruising within 14 days. Each day got better. I'd highly recommend Dr. Paulsen for any form of surgery. He is very caring and will advise if what you want is really needed.

Awesome! I went to Dr. Paulsen for a Brest reduction. He took his time in explaining and detailing the procedure I was about to have. By the time he was through I had no doubt he was the doctor for me. I could not ask for a better outcome. I’m pretty much doing my happy dance everyday! He’s a great surgeon and he has a great staff to back him up. Always meets you with a smile. They are knowledgeable and very competent in doing their job. I would highly recommend Dr. Paulsen without a doubt. He also does a great job with Juvederm to give you fuller lips. I’m loving mine.

Dr. Paulsen is a fantastic surgeon that I highly recommend. His skills, first and foremost, are exceptional and proficient. His attention to detail and personal care are notable. For me, he possess the perfect "calm yet knowledgeable" personality for which I was searching. I felt comfortable with his guidance before surgery and safe and secure during my procedure. Although I did not deem it's importance, I now recognize and value his tenet to take extra time during surgery to "get it right." I love my results from my reduction mammoplasty. I was very nervous at first. He explained everything perfectly. Answers every question I had. Asked my opinion and listened to every concern. Absolutely loved the care from the nurses. I’ve had several surgeries in the past and have never got the care I got with Dr. Paulsen. He even call the days after surgery to make sure I was still doing okay. I would definitely recommend him over and over!
