I’ve been seeing Dr Spain for 23 years. He’s the best family doctor I have ever had!! He’s friendly and very knowledgeable about medicine. He’s very personable and I have always felt comfortable with him and his nurses. Christy is the best nurse ever!! They always go out of their way to take care of their patients.

Dr. Spain has been my doctor since I was a child and has always taken very good care of me. He is willing to go out of his way for his patients and I've never felt mistreated or ignored. He always makes sure to discuss options with me any time I need help or medication.

Dr. Spain and the nurses, especially Carly, are very friendly. He has a calming presence and encourages questions. He doesn't keep you waiting long and is attentive when he comes in to talk to you. His front staff though, especially Jeannette, are pretty awful.

Dr Spain is great and his nurses, but the front desk needs more training, Janet in specific is very rude.

This is from the internet. Dr. Spain didn't monitor me on medication he talked me into taking after losing my husband and it destroyed my life. He knew I had a predisposition for bipolar from my mother. My life is shattered. He also did not check my husband's adrenal glands after the hospital told him to in Jan 2016. It was small cell cancer and if caught early, patients can live longer with treatment. He was gone by July 2016. For some people, traditional antidepressants may trigger a manic episode. Because of this risk, your doctor should keep track of you closely if you take one.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Spain for many years. We trust him implicitly with our health and well being. Dr. Spain is kind, considerate and very knowledgeable about family medicine. His office is very well run by friendly and courteous staff. His nurses are excellent. He now has a Nurse Practitioner onboard who we have seen and are very happy with. We’ve never had to wait an inordinate amount of time for an appointment, in fact, his schedule is almost always exactly on time. We highly recommend Dr. Spain to anyone who is searching for an excellent family physician.

Doctor and nurse staff is great, appointments are timely and you don't end up waiting around in the exam room forever. The front office/desk staff is horrendous. Jeanette, in particular, is rude and condescending.
