Dr. Stair has been my primary dr. ( as well as my husband’s) for many years. He has proven to be an incredibly smart person, as well as a caring and insightful physician. We are very blessed to have him as our internist. And, UAB is fortunate to have him on their staff. I have recommended him to many people!

I was one of the first patients Dr. Stair had when he started practicing Medicine (1993)? The young Dr. started me on a statin drug, because I was borderline...I was 47 at the time...fast forward 23 years. I'm now 70 years old with minor heart disease (45% blocked)...I hate to think what would have happened if Dr. Stair hadn't started me on a statin many years ago...I've since switched to Crestor by my cardiologist. Thank You Dr. Stair for adding years to my life and probably saving my life.
