Uncomfortable Office
The wait was over 30 minutes, and I didn't like the way the visit happened. Instructions on the bloodwork were incorrect and I had to figure out to go to the clinic which has about 200 people in it around 9am to have a blood draw that had repeat numbers of March 2024 . A week later I had covid. I used a different Doctor's Office, the one where I originally met Dr Swengros.

Excellent Dr.
I have been going to Dr. Swengros for 18 years. He is very kind, covers everything and he listens. His nurse practitioner Ms. Farmer is also very good. I have seen both of them over the 18 years for numerous things and never had a problem.

Great doctor
Dr. Swengros listen and answered my questions- he explained in a way it was easy to understand. He is compassionate and kind. He eases anxiety and just helps to make you feel comfortable. He is a great doctor.

Dr. Swengros was a great doctor 5 years ago but now he is a robot. Want's to pawn off my concerns to other physicians that I am currently seeing. He main nurse is rude and unfriendly. I am currently looking for another non - Watson Clinic doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Swengros for 10+ years. He is a very caring doctor. He spends the time to listen to your issues and advises as to what he thinks best. He does not push medications on you and keeps an open mind. My only complaint and why I did not give him five stars is that he runs very late and his staff could be friendlier.

To start with, avoid his nurse practitioner. She needs more schooling and training. If you need to see her, you're better off going to the Watson Clinic walk in. I have found that Dr. Swengros spends very little time with me. If you want him to adequately talk to you, be better to talk fast, ask questions immediately, and really press him for a diagnosis. I had a back MRI and NEVER heard back from his office. That was two years ago. He is really poor at following up.
