Elbow tendinitis
I see Dr. Thomas at least once a year to receive a cortisone shot in my left elbow. As a fellow golfer, he understands how this pain can hinder the golf swing. The shot, that he injects in the precise location, eliminates the pain completely. Thank you Dr. Thomas!!

Cortisone shots in both knees
I’m so grateful I changed doctors to Dr Thomas! My previous doctor told me I was just about bone on bone. Dr Thomas took X-rays only to find out I had a long way to go that shots should work….they did! And I go for shots every 6 months instead of every 3-4. I am more than pleased! And when the time comes (if it does) I would not hesitate to ask Dr Thomas to do the surgery! And the office staff is pleasant and professional!

Very good doctor
Dr was well prepared for my visit. He showed me the digital images of my body areas that were causing discomfort and explained what he was going to do for treatment. Two days following visit I am feeling good. Would highly recommed this doctor

I saw Dr. Thomas for years. Received cortisone shots roughly every year. I went in with a new issue and he spent maybe 90 seconds with me and did not listen to my issue at all. Gave me a cortisone shot and told me I'd be fine in two days. I wasn't. Told me I did not have a meniscus to fix, though he never did an MRI. I went to another Orthopedic Surgeon who DID an MRI, discovered a torn medial meniscus and did successful arthroscopic surgery to repair it. Thanks to Dr. Thomas I have not been able to walk since July. Had he taken the time to listen to me and investigate he might have been able to fix it instead of rushing me out of the office. He misdiagnosed me, or rather didn't bother to diagnose me at all! Disappointing. He used to be a good, reputable doctor. Having read more recent reviews, this seems to be his new normal.

After a month of SEVERE pain, I found a Dr. for my brother to see; he is literally walking crooked, can't stand up straight & he works a physically demanding job. Dr. Stephen would NOT give him anything for the pain, NOR would he even order an MRI!! Instead he wanted my brother to wait around for 2 MORE hours to see a physical therapist! It is unfortunate that pill seekers have done the damage so that people who REALLY DO need something for the pain cannot! If you want pain relief, go elsewhere!
