If he had told my sister that Dr. David Jones was running the immunotherapy trial on those with metastatic lung cancer and had their initial surgery at MSK, she would have said resounding "Yes" to the trial and she would still be alive. Dr. Jones is the best lung cancer surgeon and scientist alive, and is working hard at keeping his patients alive. Chemo is not the answer to this type of cancer, as it takes away the immune system completely.
