tried making an appointment and called three times because I thought I hung up the first time but no the rude lady on the other end would say “no!” And hang up on me after I asked if they were talking new patients. Worst customer service!!!

I am a nurse who needed to speak to this office about a mutual patient. Dr. Vialpando is a great doctor but his office staff is completely awful. Not only are they rude, they are disrespectful and unhelpful. I would never be a patient here or refer them here.

Our patient called this practice and had an extremely rude unprofessional receptionist experience. When I called to report this to the practice manager the receptionist placed me on a brief hold then disconnected my call. I called back informing her I was disconnected and holding for the practice manager and she said she was the manager. When I told her I had a complaint about her, she was rude and short with me as well . We will not refer any patients to this practice. Dr should be aware.
