Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Horrible bed side manner. I am expecting my first child and I left his office feeling shamed, embarrassed and incredibly disappointed. Addressed my husband while speaking about me as if I weren’t there. I wouldn’t wish the experience I had on anyone. No comment on his medical capabilities as I did not see him long enough to judge, but his interpersonal skills were lacking and offensive.

The office is extremely busy. Their wait time is minimum one-hour regardless whether you have an appointment or not. Because of the busy schedule, the doctors don't really have time to sit down and explain things to the patients. They never explained the purpose of the testing they did for me during my pregnancy. In addition, they insist one ultrasound per visit even for low-risk pregnancies. I think this is very unprofessional and borderline fraud. I will never recommend Dr. Wan.
